Facilities for the disabled
The practice is easily accessible to disabled patients, including those in a wheelchair. We have a car park with designated disabled space, a reception desk to accommodate all users, two ground floor surgeries and a disabled toilet. We also have a portable hearing loop for patients using hearing aids.
Emergencies and Out-of-Hours
If you are in pain during normal surgery hours, please telephone and every effort will be made to see you as soon as possible the same day. This may not be with your usual dentist. If you are a registered patient and require emergency treatment at the weekend or on bank holidays, please call 07580 366742 for the number of the on-call dentist.
Keep us informed
It is practice policy to ask all patients to fill in a medical history questionnaire, which includes some contact information for you. If you change your address or contact numbers please inform us so that your records can be updated. Strict confidentiality of patients records and information is maintained at all times. Patient records will not be passed on to any third party without the patient’s express permission.
Comments & feed-back
Dentistry is an ever changing profession and we encourage feed-back and evaluation about every aspect of patient care including our facilities, staff and clinical care. Please give any member of the team your comments. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your care at Parkview Dental Centre please raise your concerns with your dentist or any other member of the team if you prefer. A copy of the Practice Complaints procedure is available from Reception on request.
Zero Tolerance
This practice operates a Zero Tolerance policy with regard to violent or abusive behaviour affecting any staff or other patients. Any person who is deemed to be behaving inappropriately will be asked to leave immediately and all treatment will be discontinued.
